We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden fees. You can choose between Tenant Placement Only or Full Service Property Management. Our most popular plan includes marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination, and detailed reporting—all for a straightforward management fee. -
How do you protect owners against property damage?
Our Pet Guarantee provides up to $1,500 in damage protection for any approved pet beyond the tenant’s security deposit. Additionally, all move-in and move-out inspections include detailed photo documentation to safeguard your property and ensure accountability. -
What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?
We handle the full eviction and legal process on your behalf—with no additional management charges for overseeing it. Our strict screening process keeps this risk low, but if it happens, we act promptly and professionally to protect your investment. -
What kind of reports will I receive?
Owners get monthly and annual financial statements, tax-ready 1099 forms, and access to real-time income/expense reports through the Owner Portal. We also provide custom reports upon request to help you make data-driven investment decisions. -
