We strongly encourage online rent payments through your tenant portal. This method is free and convenient. We prefer online payments over in-office transactions. -
What's the process for adding a pet to my lease?
If you wish to add a pet, please notify us through your tenant portal. In most cases, you'll need to sign a pet addendum. Once approved, you can welcome your new pet to your home! -
How should I handle roommate changes?
We cannot alter leaseholders during an active lease term. Any changes to the lease, including adding or removing roommates, must be addressed at lease renewal. -
What's the procedure for moving out at the end of my lease?
When your lease is nearing expiration and you plan to move out, please notify us through your online tenant portal. -
Who is responsible for repairs and maintenance?
All maintenance requests should be submitted online through your tenant portal. If approved, we'll arrange for repairs. The property owner is typically responsible for major systems like heating, cooling, hot water, and plumbing. Tenants are responsible for any damages they cause.
